QuickBid Research: Evaluate task time for determining feasibility.

One of the key features of the new QuickBid platform was improved speed in determining project feasibility. With a test plan designed, we observed several participants while they determined a project's feasibility in the legacy platform (STS) and in the new platform (QuickBid). While the results showed the new platform was only a little better on average than the legacy platform, in many instances it was twice as fast. The users with slower times tended to deal with more complex projects that the new platform was not designed to handle with the beta release or were a result of performance issues uncovered.

QuickBid Research: Sharing feasibility data with clients.

While QuickBid helps the Research Now sales teams determine project feasibility quickly, the immediate next step is to share that data with clients. With a lack of clarity about how the sales teams share data with clients, a research plan was developed utilizing a combination of card sorting and whiteboard sessions in order to better understand the task.
