Staying on top of one lease is easy. Fifty leases is excruciating.
When a retailer has one lease to stay on top of, keeping track of key dates, payments, contacts and obligations is fairly easy. But when a retail business begins to expand and has 10, 50 or even more locations with leases, staying on top of everything becomes exponentially more painful. The Blitzn platform uses a wizard-like approach to simplify the lease abstraction process and then makes sure customers are always in the know.
Locations, like leases, need to be managed.
Locations may not have the complexity of leases but they do have important dates and other critical data that must be captured and maintained in order to operate a growing retail business efficiently.
